Now that you’ve obtained your driving permit, there are a few restrictions to keep in mind:

- The school will endorse your permit upon the completion of this lesson.
- You are required to carry your permit for thirty-six (36) months from the time of issuance.
- When practicing you need to be with a person who is over 25 years of age and holds a valid driver’s license from California. This person has to sit next to you in a position that he/she would be able to assisted in stopping the vehicle in the event of an emergency.
Moreover, to get a regular driver license you have to spend at least 50 hours under parental supervision and take not less than 6 hours Behind-The-Wheel training at the driving school.
